KIA 3 Button Remote Flip Key Fob Shell Case For Sportage CEED Sorento Rio Soul

This remote key fob case is an ideal solution to refurbish your existing key. This could be due to the flip mechanism breaking, the key ring part snapping or general wear and tear.

This remote key fob case also comes with a screw that screws in at the back to help it stay together. The reason behind this is due to the original cases easily separating over time due to the turning pressure from use when starting the car.

Common faults:

1. The lock, unlock and boot buttons wear out eventually disintegrating away from the case

2. The blade snaps away from the casing

3. The keyring holder splits.

4. The rubber becomes weak and raised

How this repair kit is used:

NOTE* You CANNOT use the original key blade flip mechanism with this case. You must either get the new key blade cut or remove the old key blade from the old shoulder and fit it to the new shoulder. If you are unsure about this, please contact us first.

1. Remove the black carbon transponder from your existing key and place into the new key case

2. Remove the PCB from your existing key and place into the new case

3. Clip it all together

4. Get the key blade pattern duplicated onto the new blade by a local key cutter

NOTE** PLEASE BE AWARE - Some key cutters or Locksmiths make up the excuse that the blade material is to hard to cut. We have personally used and cut over 3000+ of these cases of which has never let us down so this is NOT a valid excuse. Please check that you can get this cut before buying.
